Speed Drawing 2.6.12- September

I haven't done any work with portraits in a long time... so I figured I'd practice with some speed drawing. I've always hated hair, so I chose someone without hair. Fringe fans might recognize him as an September, the most frequently appearing Observer.

Considering that I did it in like 40 minutes, I'm fairly pleased.
