Harlequin and Pierrot have all the fun. They get to traipse across pretty Leonetto Cappiello posters and Picasso paintings. What about Punchinello? Why doesn't he get to be glamorous in advertisements for classy things like vermouth?
So, in my continued love for painting classic commedia dell'arte characters, here is Punchinello, being very glamorous as he eats his somewhat anachronistic cheese puffs.
